Founded in November 2010, the company is located in Kecheng District, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of more than 40 mu. It has four leading professional PVDC coating production lines in China, with an annual production capacity of more than 10,000 tons. Products include high barrier PVDC coated film, PVA(PVOH) coated film, acrylic coated film, etc. PVDC coated film series is the current plastic materials in the oxygen, water vapor and other gas barrier excellent packaging materials, resistant to various chemical substances erosion, safe, non-toxic. Our company has a national industrial product production license, namely QS certification. The coated film series products produced by our company meet the US FDA standard and the EU2017/652 standard, and obtain the halal and kosher double certification, can be directly used for food packaging, to meet the requirements of food hygiene and safety. Coating workshop: The company has 4 computer controlled automatic high-speed coating production lines, the use of reverse kissing coating technology, infrared, hot air efficient automatic temperature control and drying system, turret double-station winding system, advanced equipment, sophisticated technology, production speed up to 250m/min, Can produce 500-1660mm wide, single (double) surface coated PVDC, PVA(PVOH), acrylic coating of various types of high barrier film. At present, 2 coating online inspection machine has been installed, and the company will gradually implement online inspection in all coating production lines.
Solidification chamber: The curing chamber adopts the steam heat exchange constant temperature circulation air supply system. There are several temperature measuring points in the chamber, and there are specially-assigned personnel to inspect and record temperature changes. In order to ensure the stability of curing process, the product quality is consistent.
Scuttling workshop: The scuttling workshop has eight automatic high-speed scuttling machines, two automatic high-speed rewinding machines and five online scuttling inspection machines. The equipment motor control system adopts PLC centralized control, the deviation correction system adopts automatic photoelectric correction, and the main traction and winding are driven by frequency converter with vector control. The control precision is high, and the film coil inspection and cutting tasks with 200-1660mm wide width can be completed according to customer requirements.
Quality Inspection Department: The Quality inspection Department has 7 professional inspectors, equipped with oxygen permeability tester, water vapor permeability tester, film tension machine, heat sealing tester and other professional film testing equipment. According to the requirements of BB/T 0012-2014 polyvinylithylene (PVDC) coating film, the coating semi-finished products and finished products can be continuously tested for 24 hours. Each roll must be checked, and the finished product sample is kept for one year for traceability. The company is equipped with a professional ERP system, all sales, raw materials, production and inspection data are input into the system, to ensure that we can provide customers with efficient, high-quality, stable products and services.
